About Violet Ifft
Violet M. Ifft, 84, Fairbury, died at 2:40 am Monday, June 26, 2017 at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal. A private family service will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2017 with the ministers of the German Apostolic Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in East Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Ifft was born July 24, 1932 in Fairbury the daughter of Fred and Viola Hanni Grosshans. She married Dale E. Ifft on December 28, 1969 in Fairbury. He survives in Fairbury. Other survivors include one sister, Ruth Grosshans and one brother, David (Barbara) Grosshans, both of Fairbury. She is preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers. Mrs. Ifft was a homemaker and a member of the German Apostolic Christian Church. Obituary: Duffy-Pils Memorial Home - Fairbury, Illinois
