About Shirley Taylor
Shirley Elaine Taylor, 68, of Wellsville, passed away March 28, 2015 at Olathe Hospice House. Funeral Service was Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Bruce Funeral Home, Gardner, KS 913-856-7111. Burial followed at Gardner Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be given to the First Baptist Church of Gardner. Shirley was born April 24, 1946 in Boise, Idaho to Alice M (Jacobus) and Norman E. Schulz. She was a 1964 graduate of Gardner High School. Shirley married on December 6, 1969 in Gardner. She was a secretary for Johnson County Assistance Program in the 60’s. Shirley was a member of the First Baptist Church of Gardner. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents. Shirley is survived by her husband, sons and grandchildren.
