Burial will be at Garden Hills Cemetery in Opelika with Rev Rudet Atkins officiating. Visitation is 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, 11 Dec 1997 at Jeffcoat Funeral Home in Opelika. Mrs. Bailey, who died Tuesday, 9 Dec 1997 at her home, was born 12 May 1936 in Elmore County, AL. She had lived most of her life in Lee County, AL. She was a member of New Hope Assembly of God Church. Survivors include one daughter, Jan Crabb of Phenix City, AL; one son, Christopher Bone of Opelika, AL; six sisters, Irene Carthon of Opelika, AL, Trudie Oliver, Fannie Dozier, Roxie Kent, all of Tallassee, AL, Mattie Nabors and Barbara Gardner, both of Sylacauga, AL; four brothers, Charles Jones of Prattville, AL, James Nabors, Jimmie Mathis, both of Tallassee, AL and Albert Nabors of Mt. Morris, MI; and five grandchildren, Rachel Greer, Kristen Greer, Amber Atwell, Chelsey Bone, and Elizabeth Bone.
