About Shirley Bailey
Graveside Services on 14 January, 2022 were held at Dumas Cemetery with Rev. Chris Fobbs, pastor of Temple Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements were by Beeson-Morrison Funeral Directors. She was born to Steve and Susie (Erskine) Griffin. She married David Bailey in 1966 and they made their home in Dumas, TX. She was a loving and caring person who guaranteed to leave you laughing and smiling at the pranks she played on friends and family. One of her greatest treasures was collecting anything Elvis. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; son: Ronnie Bailey; brothers: Dickie and Cloyd Griffin; and her significant friend: Wayne McWilliams. She is survived by her son David; 7- grandchildren; brother: Gaylon; 2-nephews; and 1-niece. The family suggested with gratitude that memorials be donated to Moore County Hospice, Dumas, TX 79029.
