About Scherry Earl
SCHERRY NESMITH EARL, 62, of Blountsville, died May 11, 2011, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Marshall County and a member of Rock Springs United Methodist Church at Blountsville. She was the widow of Willie Earl and the daughter of Phillis Buchanan NeSmith and the late Neil NeSmith. Surviving besides her mother are sons Sam (Shayron) Earl of Blountsville and Daniel (Sherry) Earl of Snead; daughters Sonjia (Pat) Thomas of Blountsville and Patricia (Keith) Reed of Snead; brothers Tommy NeSmith and Mackey NeSmith, both of Decatur; sisters Diane Robinson and Cindy Mullican; grandchildren Seth Cummings, Shade Earl, Alyssa Earl, Brett Coffman, Brandon Coffman, Kendra Earl, Gracie Reed; greatgrandchild Makenna Cummings. Services conducted by Gary McRae and Perry Albrighton were held May 13 at 11 a.m. at Rock Springs United Methodist Church. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Blountsville Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Daniel Earl, Seth Cummings, Michael Earl, Brett Coffman, Brandon Coffman, and Shade Earl.
