About Sarah Robinson
Sarah J. Robinson of Cuba, Missouri was born on August 20, 1950 in Cuba, Missouri to the union of Hiram Jefferson and Sara Ellen (Carey) Prickett. She left from this life suddenly on Friday, February 11, 2022 at her home at the age of 71. Sarah was united in marriage to Timothy D. Robinson on November 8, 1986 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Cuba. To this union one son was born Leo. Sarah graduated from Cuba High School and obtained her Bachelor's degree from the University of Rolla. She worked twenty plus years at Phelps Health as a Registered Nurse. Sarah was devoted to her family and faith. She was a longtime parishioner at Holy Cross Catholic Church, a member of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 8920 Ladies Auxiliary and a Committee Leader for Boy Scouts of America. She enjoyed Crocheting, knitting, making bread, baking, cake decorating and spending time with her family and friends. Sarah is preceded in death by her parents Hiram Jefferson and Sarah Ellen (Carey) Prickett; husband Timothy D. Robinson; three brothers Jack Markley, Edwin and Vernon Prickett one brother-in-law Ken Robinson. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 5-8 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 19, 2022 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church 415 W. School St. Cuba, Missouri with Father Dan Lueckenotte as the celebrant. In keeping with her wishes, Sarah will be cremated following the funeral mass. Her cremated remains will be placed in the Columbarium at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date. The Mizell Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Robinson family.
