About Samuel Earle
Samuel Edward "Eddie" Earle, 69, husband of Donna Mills Earle, passed away September 27, 2006 at his home. Born in Florence, he was a son of the late Samuel and Laura Bell Downer Earle. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict, retired from Torrington, and was a member of St. James United Methodist Church, a Mason, where he was a member of Palmetto Lodge #19, and a Shriner. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are one daughter, Wanda E. Arnold and husband, Ryan L. of Woodruff; one son, Samuel Anthony "Tony" Earle and wife, Michelle P. of Simpsonville; one sister, Fleda Daughtery of Clarksville, Ga.; and one grandchild, McDaniel Eugene Richards. He was predeceased by a brother, James Wilton Earle. Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Friday, September 29, 2006, at The Kennedy Mortuary Chapel, conducted by Rev. Charlie Short, with burial in Westview Memorial Park with Masonic Rites. Published in The Greenville News: 09-29-2006
