About Richard Harrison
BRYAN, OH – Richard Wilson Harrison, age 90 of Bryan, OH and formerly of Waldron, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Hillside Country Living. He was born on January 25, 1933, in Boynton Beach, FL, to the late William W. and Clara P. (Johnston) Harrison. Richard enjoyed rooting for his favorite teams – The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Detroit Tigers. Surviving Richard is one sister, Dorotha Akans of Brownstown, MI; one brother, Hilton Harrison of Arizona; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Besides his parents, Richard was preceded in death by three sisters, Mellissa Pleat, Gertrude Powell, and Viola Merillat; and one brother, R. B. Harrison. Funeral services for Richard will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 12:00 p.m., with visitation beginning one hour prior to services, at Eagle-Marry Funeral Home in Hudson, with Rev. William Van Valkenburg officiating. Interment will following Waldron Cemetery.
