About Randall Davis
Randall "Randy" Dean Davis passed away March 28, 2022. Randy was born June 28, 1957 in Yadkin County to Arzy Day Davis and Mary Davis Steelman. Randy retired from the State of NC, first working for the Department of Corrections, Yadkin County Sheriff's Office and as an EC bus driver at Boonville Elementary School. Randy is survived by his wife, Kristen "Kristy" Smith Davis; sons, Sawyer and Denver Davis; mother, Mary Davis Steelman; father-in-law, Bobby Lee Smith; brother, Kevin (Pam) Davis; sister, Lynn (Dexter) Crater; brother-in-law, Derek (Karen) Smith; sister-in-law, Kelly (Mike) Welborn; and his K-9 companions, Rosey, Macey, Bear and Bandit. Randy was preceded in death by his father, Arzy Day Davis; mother-in-law, Laura Shore Smith; and step-father, William B. Steelman. A funeral service will be held at Deep Creek Friends Meeting. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
