About Quintin Walker
Qunitin Arnold Walker, 55, husband of Elaine Marie Walker, died Saturday, May 16, 2015, at Georgetown County Memorial Hospital. Mr. Walker was born September 24, 1959, in Georgetown, a son of the late William B. Walker and the late Ethel Miller Walker. He was a member of Graves Southern Baptist Church. He graduated from Choppee High School and worked more than fifteen years for the Georgetown County School System. He was survived by his wife of Georgetown; two children, Jennifer W. (Scott) Muncy of Georgetown and Christopher Q. Walker of Norfolk, VA; two stepdaughters, Athyna (Adam) Ciokan of Socastee and Felicia Torres of Georgetown; four grandchildren, Damean Muncy and Ethan Muncy of Georgetown, Alexys Torres of Georgetown, and Jordan Ciokan of Socastee; two sisters, Janet (Barry) Morris of Georgetown and Bonnie Gail (David) Woodbury of Andrews; three brothers, William T. "Buck" (Wanda) Walker of Georgetown, Dennis Glenn (Cynthia) Walker of Hemingway, and twin brother, Quincy Ronald (Lisa) Walker of Loris; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Timothy Earl Walker, and a nephew, William T. Walker, Jr. Funeral services were 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2015, in Graves Southern Baptist Church. Elder Mike Goude officiated. Burial, directed by Ridgeway Funeral Home of Georgetown, followed in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.
