About Querine Czaplewski
Querine Ann Czaplewski, 82, of Bluff Siding, WI, died Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Gundersen Health Systems, La Crosse. Querine was born April 19, 1936 in Winona to Emeric and Emelia (Wnuk) Lukaszewski. She grew up in Winona and attended Cotter High School. On August 20, 1955 Querine married Ralph Czaplewski. She worked at JC Penny's and Riverside Electronics for many years. Querine and Ralph raised four wonderful children together, Sue, Dave, Mike, and Mary. Querine loved to be a part of the St. Stan's quilting group. She also had a passion for Bingo, rug making, and gardening. She especially loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Querine is survived by her children, Sue Fox, Dave (Jackie) Czaplewski, Mike Czaplewski, Mary (Tim) Whitish; grandchildren, Sam (Sarah) Fox, Katie (Jordan) Lee, Brett (Melissa) Czaplewski, Brandon (Ashley) Czaplewski, Ben Czaplewski, Heidi Czaplewski; great-grandchildren, Molly and Blake Fox, Alice ,Russell and Charles Lee, Hailey Czaplewski, Brooks Czaplewski; sister, Janet Mrachek. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; sister Emerine.
