About Pong Smith
Age 86, the daughter of South Korean Parents, father, Neung Yong Pak and mother, Kwon Ie Lee. Penny was fluent in Korean, Japanese, and English languages. Pong Yong became a Naturalized Citizen of the United States of America on August 27, 1970 in Concord, N.H. Penny was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Tice Smith, in November 2000 and by an infant son in September 1963. Penny is survived by her daughter, Cathie Dombkowski (Ronald) of Waterford, Pa. ; grandsons and great-grandsons and other extended relatives.
