About Patricia Clemens
Patricia "Patty" Ann Hayhurst Clemens, 75 of Craigsville, WV, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022 at CAMC after a sudden heart attack. Patty was born on October 15, 1946 to the late Everette and Strassie Hayhurst, Tioga, WV. After Patty graduated from Richwood High School (Class of 1964), she married William "Bill" Clemens. They were married for 55 years, until his death in 2021. Patty worked at Craigsville Cash Store in the late 1970's. Her favorite job was being a homemaker. She loved to cook and everyone enjoyed her delicious meals. She enjoyed decorating her home, crafting and quilting. Patty took a lot of pride in her beautiful yard and flower gardens. Preceded in death by: Brothers, Billie Joe Hayhurst, Jack Hayhurst, Gene Hayhurst, Ray Hayhurst, Fred Hayhurst and Harold Hayhurst. Sisters, Trina Spinks and Drema McLaughlin SURVIVORS Patty and Bill had two sons, Craig (Lora) Clemens, Fayetteville, WV and Mark (Diana) Clemens, Cross Lanes, WV. Their pride and joy was their grandchildren: Ashton (Laura) Clemens, Marissa (Aaron) Simpkins, Megan Clemens, Alanna (Dan) Gonzales and Jillian Clemens. Great-Grandchildren, Kinnley Simpkins, Parker Simpkins and Saylor Gonzales. Brother, Everette "Jr." Hayhurst and wife Bessie, Coon Creek, WV SERVICES Saturday, March 19, 2022.
