Obituary for Mrs. Norma Jean McElhaney Marley Mrs. Norma Jean McElhaney Marley, 94, of Albany died Saturday March 25 at the Oaks in Lee County. A private service will be held at a later date. A native of Stafford, Kansas, Mrs. Marley was a secretary at Albany Junior/Darton College for 27 years, retiring in 1995. She resided in Albany since January 1966 and was a member of First United Methodist Church and attended Covenant Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Marley loved to Crochet and enjoyed reading. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Phillip Dorr Marley on May 29, 2013 and her brother Lawrence McElhaney. Survivors include her three sons Pat Marley and his wife Beverly of Albany; Mike Marley and his wife Carolyn of Ohio; Rex Marley of Ft. Collins, CO; three grandchildren Kelly Littley and her husband Tim of Ohio; Philip Marley and his wife Katie of Tallahassee, FL; David Marley of Columbus, GA; one great-granddaughter Taylor Marley Tallahassee, FL.
