About Norma Baugh
Norma (Bowlen) Baugh Sunday, March 20th, 1932 - Saturday, March 5th, 2022 Norma Jean Baugh, 89, of Bloomington, passed away peacefully at her residence, Saturday March 5, with her children by her side. Born on March 29, 1932, Norma was the daughter of William Bowlen and Elsie (Kinser) Bowlen. She was married to the late Russell Baugh for 60 years. Norma was a graduate of Bloomington High School, class of 1950. Norma was a child of a family of 10 children; Ruth, James and William (twins), Bonnie, Bette, Danny, Don, Brenda and Mike. Norma is survived by daughter, Debra (Baugh) Anderson; son, Samuel Baugh (Becky); 4 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 4 step-great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, and son, Steve Baugh. Norma was employed by RCA, the Monroe County School System and Mary M's Flowers. For many years Norma was actively involved at Westside Assembly of God and the Genesis Church. Norma enjoyed being with family and friends and any activity she was invited, always dressed and ready to go. She studied God's Word extensively and often defined to be a "prayer warrior". Norma will be sadly missed by family, close friends and neighbors. Visitation will be held at The Funeral Chapel in Bloomington, IN on Thursday, March 10, from 6:00-8:00 P.M. and again on Friday from 12:00-1:00 P.M.
