Norfa "Vicky" Brown Smith - Edited January 23, 1937 - June 10, 2022 Norfa "Vicky" Brown Smith, 85, of Pulaski, Virginia died on Friday, June 10, 2022, at Highland Ridge Rehab Center in Dublin Virginia. She is preceded in death by her husband, Elwood Lewis Smith, a son, Larry Allen Smith, along with two granddaughters. Left to cherish her memories are her family: Richard Lewis Smith, Charles Thomas Smith, Susane Diane Slate, in addition to six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one sister: Shirley Collins. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Norris-Stevens Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:00 PM time of the service. Burial will follow in the Hufford Cemetery in the Mount Olivet Community. The family is in the care of Norris-Stevens Funeral Services.
