About Nathalie Abbott
Nathalie R. (Ridlon) Abbott, of Carver, formerly of Holbrook, passed away peacefully at the Alliance Health Care Center in Braintree, Jan. 6, 2014, at the age of 95. Wife of the late Howard L. Abbott, she was the loving mother of Howard L. Abbott Jr. of New Orleans, La., Judith N. Reali of Smithfield, R.I., and the late Richard E. Abbott; mother-in- law of John R. Reali Jr. of Smithfield, R.I., and Leah M. Abbott of Holbrook; devoted sister of Marjorie R. Kenrick of Carver. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren as well as a number of nieces and nephews. Reposing at the Cartwright Funeral Home, 69 So. Franklin St. (Rte. 37), Holbrook. Memorial visiting hours Friday, Jan. 17, 2014, from 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. in St. John Episcopal Church, 322 So. Franklin St., Holbrook. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Mass. Arthritis Association, 29 Crafts St., Suite 450, Newton, MA 02458-1287, or to Old Colony Hospice, One Credit Union Way, Randolph, MA 02368.
