About Mollie Waddell
Mollie Edgemon Clark Waddell (1890-1991), age 100, of Biloxi, died August 27, 1991 in Gulfport, Mississippi. Mrs. Waddell was a native of Sweetwater, Tennessee and had lived in Biloxi since 1938. She and her late husband, James H. Waddell (1881-1956), owned and operated an antique and used furniture store in downtown Biloxi for many years. Mollie was preceded in death by her spouse and E.C. Waddell, a son. She was survived by her daughter, Jamie Waddell (1919-2006) m. Louis Hengen (1912-1989) of Biloxi; Wayne L. Hengen, a grandson of Biloxi; two granddaughters, Sharon Kaye Hengen m. Steven Merle Nelson of Tupelo, Mississippi and Jamie Lynn Hengen m. George Alexander Swan III of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and five great-grandchildren. Riemann Memorial Funeral Home directed Mrs. Waddell's funeral services at their Beauvoir Road chapel in Biloxi.
