Mrs. Mildred D. Pearce age 83 of High Springs, F1. died Saturday, Nov. 7,2009 at her Daughter's Home in St. Petersburg, Fl. after a lengthy Illness. Mrs. Pearce was born in Fitzgerald, Ga. to the late Jack & Mattie Dorminy and moved to High Springs, Fl. 40 years ago from Perry, Ga.. Mrs. Pearce was a retired Clerk and was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. She is Survived by 2-Daughters, Diane Elliott of St. Petersburg, F1., Jackie McCall of High Springs, Fl.; 3-Brothers, Ed Dorminy of Leesport, Pa., Jack Dorminy of Denton, Ga., and Dwight Dorminy of Kilgore, Tx.; 7-Grandchildren; 3-Great Grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 10,2009 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with Dr. Ralph Rodriguez Officiating. Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 9, 2009 from 6:00 till 8:00PM at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 29603 NW 142nd Ave., High Springs, FL. Burial. will follow in the High Springs Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Evans-Carter Funeral Home, 220 N. Main. St., High Springs, Fl. 386-454-2444.
