About Margaret Haas
Margaret Haas, born in Minnesota ca 1908, to parents John M. Rymer of Illinois and Mary B. Rymer (1884-1958) of Nebraska. In 1920 she lived with family in Scranton, Bowman, N.D. Siblings were: Edward, born ca 1905 Minnesota, and John, born ca 1911 North Dakota. Margaret was married to Walter Henry Haas, Jr. on 22 July 1927 in Ellendale, SD. Marge was 20 and Walter was 21. Looking at the Record of Marriage, it reads that date of Marriage was July 22, 1922. On the 1930 census, she and Walter were living in Kulm, LeMoure, North Dakota. In 1935 they resided in Ogden, Weber, Utah and moved to Tucson, AZ according to the 1940 census. She had completed 4 years of college and was working as a waitress. According to the California Death Index, Margaret R. Haas was born on 2 June, 1907 in Michigan and died on 25 Oct. 1969 in Los Angeles, California. Her mother's maiden name was Zakayews.
