About Marcia Evans
Marcia Jolene Evans (Barends), 61, of Mesa, AZ, formerly of Sparta,MI passed away on March 27, 2022. She was born on June 28, 1960 to James W. and Elaine W. Barends (Ulmer). Marcia is survived by her stepbrothers, Rob (Kay) Preston, Rev. Del (Terri) Preston, Kyle Preston, Bart Preston; stepmother, Mary Preston; first cousins, Dale (Sheryll) Montgomery, Cheryl (Rick) Scheerhorn, on her mother's side and many cousins on her father's side. She was preceded in death by her parents, and several aunts and uncles. Marcia graduated from Sparta High School and Arizona State University. There will be a graveside service held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Conklin, MI at a later date. Please check back for updates.
