Madeline Elaine Monroe-Milhouse was born to the late Mr. Carrie Lee Monroe and Mrs Eula B Monroe of Thomas County. She is a 1990 graduate of Thomas County Central High School. She leaves behind her faithful husband of 22 yrs, Mr David Alford Milhouse. Madeline and David didn't have any biological children together but David was the stepfather to Madeline's 3 children: Keira Staten, Patrick Staten and Markese Monroe.
