LINCOLN- M. Rita (Drainville) Lacoste, 89, of Lincoln, died April 23, 2014 in Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. Born in No. Smithfield, she was the daughter of the late Hormidas and Exilda (Caouette) Drainville. Rita was a homemaker, but held several jobs throughout the years, including working as a telephone operator and recently working as a bus monitor for the Lincoln schools. She had lived most of her life in North Smithfield and was devoted to her family. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Brunelle and her husband Albert of Lincoln, a brother, Roland Drainville and his wife Carol of No. Smithfield, two grandsons, Robb and Christopher Brunelle, a great grandson, and several nephews and nieces. Her funeral will be held Thursday, May 1, 2014 beginning with visitation at 9:30AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 63 Church St., No. Smithfield. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery
