About Lula Bullard
Obituary from the Watts Funeral Home in Madill, OK: Joanne Bullard, 88, of Norman, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at the Norman Regional Hospital in Norman, Oklahoma. She was born on August 16, 1931 in Barnsdall, Oklahoma to the late O. K. Jackson and Mary Leola Lucas Jackson. Joanne was raised in Barnsdall and later lived in Illinois, California and Oklahoma. She traveled due to her family working in the oilfields and shipyards. In 1954 she married Louis B. Grace and he preceded her in death on December 12, 1977. In 1983 she married Timothy Bullard and lived in New Orleans before moving to Sanders Island view and he preceded her in death in 2003. In 2004 Joanne moved to Norman where she lived the rest of her life. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, reading, and going to the casino. Her greatest love was being with her family She is survived by: Children: Kathy Bell and husband Red, Norman, Oklahoma Dianne Hartpence and husband Jim, Rowlett, Texas David Grace and wife Helen, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Dennis Bullard and wife Diane, Arnaudville, Louisiana 10 Grandchildren 11 Great Grandchildren 2 Great Great Grandchildren 3 Nephews 1 Niece Brothers: Herb Jackson and wife Janice, Davenport, Oklahoma Richard Jackson, Enos, Oklahoma
