About Lola Bouchard
New Canada--Lola G. (Lamore) Bouchard, 86, passed away at a Fort Kent nursing facility on December 20, 2020. She was born January 18, 1934 to Aime and Phoebe (Viel) Lamore. After 31 years of teaching, Lola retired and began spending her time knitting and crocheting. She made many beautiful blankets, sweaters, hats, mittens, and socks. She enjoyed spending time with her family and being part of their grandchildren’s lives. She loved reminiscing especially about the days in the old neighborhood where she grew up. She is survived by her children; Chad and Cindy Bouchard of Caribou and Heidi and Tim Ouellette of New Canada, grandchildren; Abe, Ben and Amelia Bouchard and Sam Ouellette; in-laws, many nieces and nephews and other loved ones. She was predeceased by her husband, Bertram “Bob” Bouchard; son Graig; her parents; brothers Dana and Don Lamore and sisters Lorette Tilley and Joan Dow. She will be dearly missed but will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home.
