Linda-Lee Richards

HARTLAND- Linda-Lee Richards, 66, died on Saturday, July 14, 2018, after a courageous fight with cancer, in Hartland. She was born on April 9, 1952, in Hartland, Maine, the daughter of the late Arnold and Phyllis (Cole) Gould. She graduated from Nokomis Regional High School and worked at various shoe shops for most of her life. Linda-Lee had an unrelenting heartwarming smile. She loved her pink roses and lilac bushes. She enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and was very fond of her willow tree. She was deeply devoted to her family and loved being surrounded by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was very spiritual and had a strong faith. She is survived by her three children: Mark Ramsdell and his companion, Susan Frost of Hartland, Judy Huff and her husband Travis of Skowhegan and Daleine Richards and companion, Aaron DeWitt of Glenburn; five grandchildren: Zach Frost, Jessica Morrill and companion Curtis Watson, Samantha Chase and companion, Mike Shannon, Tevin Huff and Trenton Huff; four great-grandchildren: Jaedyn Pease, Conner Watson, Carson Watson and Alison Shannon; brother, Keith Gould of Hartland; father of Mark and Judy, Arnold “Peanut” Ramsdell of Dover-Foxcroft; father of Daleine, Dale Richards of Parkman; nieces and nephews; and special friends: Bonnie Tweedie, Anita Morse, Geneva Sides, Brenda “Shay” White and Joy West. She was predeceased by her parents; and her siblings: Norma Fields, Betty Walker, Myrna Lyons, Lyle Gould and Dwayne Gould. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105, in her memory. A graveside service will be held at the Pine Grove Cemetery, Route 152, Hartland, Maine, with the Rev. Glenn Nichols officiating. (Shorey-Nichols Funeral Home)
