About Laura Nadeau
d/o Paul Brochu and Elizabeth Levasseur w/o Joseph A. Nadeau, married 17 Jul 1922 in Laconia NH She was the last surviving child of her parents' ten children. For more than 60 years, she worked in the mills, first at Sulloway Mills in Franklin starting at age 12, and later at Belknap Mill in Laconia, where she retired as supervisor of the loopin department. She was active in her church and her community. She was survived by a daughter-in-law, 5 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
