About Joseph Larsen
Salt Lake Tribune, The (UT) - March 18, 2000 Deceased Name: Joseph Young Larsen Jr. Joseph Young Larsen Jr. (78) of Irvine, CA. succumbed to a long-term illness on March 13, 2000. Mr. Larsen was born in Salt Lake City, UT, July 2, 1921. He married Carol Joan Dame and worked as an attorney at law. He later organized legal reserve life insurance companies. In 1964, Mr. Larsen moved his family to Newport Beach, CA and later to Irvine, CA where Joe and Joan reared their family of six children. He served in two bishoprics, was on the High Council and later served a family history mission with his wife. Mr. Larsen is survived by his wife Joan of Irvine; all six children, Elizabeth Perez of Tustin, CA; Joseph Young Larsen III of Fullerton, CA; Cynthia Reeves of Mission Viejo, CA; Lorie Chadwick of Afton, WY; and Troy Larsen of Aliso Viejo, CA. 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren additionally survive him. Interment will be held at Holladay Memorial Cemetery in Holladay, UT. at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2000. Salt Lake Tribune, The (UT) Date: March 18, 2000
