Janice Sue McCloud (Hudoff) Saturday, March 13th, 1954 - Tuesday, October 17th, 2023 Janice Sue McCloud, 69, Mitchell, Indiana, went to be with the Lord, October 17, 2023 at Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. Janice was born March 13, 1954 in Bloomington, Indiana, the daughter of Robert and Delsa (Dyer) Hudoff. She received her education at Indiana University earning a Bachelor in General Studies, Masters in Sociology and Masters in Library Science. She retired from Indiana University with 38.5 years of service, where she held many administrative positions. She also was an Adjunct Instructor at Ivy Tech Community College until her passing. Janice was a member of Little Union Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling, crafting, and was a lifelong learner. Family meant everything to her, always helping others. She loved her dogs, Willa and Bella. Survivors: husband, Donald McCloud, who she married on September 9, 1972; daughters, Michelle (Matt) Fleener and Allison (Ava Cross) McCloud; brothers, Rick Hudoff and Brad (Penny) Hudoff; mother, Delsa "Pat" Hudoff; grandchildren, Emma (Austin) Allen and Blake Fleener (Rachel Hasler). She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Hudoff. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Little Union Baptist Church, Unionville, Indiana. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at Little Union Baptist Church with Rev. Frank Helton officiating. Burial will follow at Little Union Cemetery.
