About Jacinta Iannone
Jacinta (Jean) Sorrentino Iannone, age 85, beloved wife for 63 years of Thomas Iannone of Hallandale, Fla., and Stratford, died on Friday, March 19, 2004, at Memorial Hospital, Hollywood, Fla. Born in South Amboy, N.J., on July 8, 1918, daughter of the late Dominick and Elizabeth Baglio Sorrentino. She was a Stratford resident most of her life and had come to Hallandale where they spent their winters for the past 22 years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, three daughters, three brothers, Pat, Phil and Albert Sorrentino; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a special sister-in-law, Louise Grinnell; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Victoria Parsons. Friends are invited to attend her funeral on Thursday at 9 a.m. from the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main Street, Stratford, and at 10 a.m. in St. Mark Church for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in St. Michaelas Cemetery, Stratford.
