About J Satterfield
Mr. J.B. Satterfield, Sr., age 83. A longtime resident of Mobile, Alabama died on Sunday, October 18, 2009. He retired from the U.S. Navy and Mobile Municipal Airport. He was preceded in death by his son, Bruce Kenneth Satterfield. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Inez Satterfield; children, Steve (Deborah) Waldrop, Patricia (Bill) Broadus, James (Wanda) Satterfield and Randy (Bridget) Satterfield. Nine grandchildren, Danny, Michael, Nikki, Krystal, Lil Randy, Dean, Alisha, Jason and Jesse; seven great grandchildren, Yvette, Haley, Keighlee, Madison, Kyle, Trent and Jack. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will be in Lott Cemetery, Georgetown, AL. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 5 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Funeral arrangements by Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 6040 Three Notch Rd. Mobile, AL 36619. Published in Press-Register on October 20, 2009 Mr. J. B. Satterfield, Sr. - Funeral services were held at 2:00 P. M. on Thursday, October 22, 2009 from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with The Reverend Terry Mc Neil officiating. Honorary Pallbearers were Kenneth Lee, Robert Salva, Sr., and Claude Scoggin. Pallbearers were Bill Broadus, Michael Broadus, Dean Satterfield, Lil Randy Satterfield, Wayne Willard, and Danny Williams. Military Honors were rendered at the graveside by The United States Navy. Interment was in Lott Cemetery, Georgetown Alabama. Arrangement by MOBILE MEMORIAL GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 6040 Three Notch Road, Mobile Alabama, 36619. Published in Press-Register on October 23, 2009
