About Gilbert Cabral
Gilbert Cabral, 76, of Ashaway Road, a supervisor in the machine department of Electric Boat, Groton, Conn., for more than 30 years before retiring in 1980, died yesterday at Lawrence & Memorial Hospitals, New London, Conn. He was the husband of Maria C. "Celia" (Moniz) Cabral. Born in Taunton, Mass., a son of the late Manuel and Rose (Mello) Cabral, he lived in Ashaway for 10 years. He previously lived in Warwick. Besides his wife he leaves a brother, John Cabral of Warwick. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 8 a.m. from The Prata Home, 78 Providence St., West Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at SS. Peter & Paul Church, Highland Avenue, West Warwick, at 9. Burial will be in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Coventry. Providence Journal (RI) - Tuesday, December 10, 1991
