About Francene Brown
d/o Sharon (Savage) Welch and the late Richard Walker, Jr; w/o (1) Matthew Brown; w/o (2) Rob Walker. She was raised in Groveton, NH and was a graduate of Groveton High School. Prior to her illness, Francene was employed as a business administrator for the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services for over 20 years. Francene is survived by her mother Sharon Welch of Groveton,NH; her son Hunter Brown of Northwood; Hunter's father and her former husband Matthew Brown of Epsom; three sisters Paula Harris and husband Wade of Clarksville, TN; Celena Davenport and husband Dan of Whitefield; Kim Randall and husband Rob of Littleton, NH. She was predeceased by her step-father Merlyn John Welch in 2018 and her father Richard Walker, Jr in 1987.
