About Florence Dagenais
Florence H. "Flossie" Dagneais, of rural Princeton, passed away at St. Cloud. She was born March 19, 1893, in Portsville, Iowa, to the late Andrew and Catherine Davis. She came to this area in 1912. On November 16, 1914, to Richard Dagneais. They lived in Princeton area all of their married lives, except for 9 years in Onamia. Mrs. Dagneais is survived by her husband; daughters; Thelma (Al) Nekola, and Carrol of Milaca. Helen Hauser, Princeton, Evelyn Mazacek, St. Paul; Marie Lindell, Oak Park, and a son, Dick Golden Valley; 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren. A brother Clark Davis resides in Phx, AZ., and sisters; Christina Abrahamson, Cloquet; Jen Jones and Mamie Creglow, Jackson, Mich.. Funeral services were held at the Princeton Methodist Church, with burial in Oak Knoll Cemetery.
