Published in the Brownsville Herald – Friday, February 1, 1968 pg 3 Fabian Mancillas, 85, of 405 E. Madison, died today at Mercy Hospital. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Juana Mancillas and Mrs. Chano Flores, both of Brownsville; a son, Martin Mancillas of San Antonio; an adopted son, Jesus Mancillas of Houston; 12 children and 10 great-grandchildren. Rosary will be recited at 8 PM today at the Joe A. Besteiro Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 4 PM Saturday at the St. Thomas Church with burial in the City Cemetery.
