About Elizabeth Tacquard
SANTA FE — Emma Elizabeth Tacquard, 92, of Santa Fe, Texas, passed away Tuesday, April 13, 1999, at her residence. Mrs. Tacquard was born May 15, 1906, in Galveston, Texas, to Anna and Otto Westinghausen. She married Andrew "Kiddo" Tacquard in 1923 in Alvin. They moved to Santa Fe where they raised cattle on their ranch for many years. Mrs. Tacquard was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Andrew "Kiddo" Tacquard. She is survived by a sister, Margarite Ertel. Interment was at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock.
