CLEMENS---ROCHESTER A funeral Mass will be celebrated for Elizabeth B. Clemens, 96, of Samaritan Bethany Home in Rochester at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Pius Catholic Church, the Rev. Gerald W. Conway officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Miss Clemens died Saturday (Dec. 21, 1996) at Samaritan Bethany. She was born Oct. 15, 1900, in Cascade Township. She graduated from St. Johns High School here and spent 21 years working for Mayo Clinic. In 1954 she moved to Lynwood, Calif., and worked in St. Francis Hospital for 20 years. She retired and lived in Lighthouse Point, Fla., before returning to Rochester in May of 1994. Surviving are two sisters, Sr. Ann Clemens of Assisi Heights and Agnes Hauser of Seal Beach, Calif., and one brother, Joseph W. Clemens of Rochester. She was preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers. Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the Macken Funeral Home and for one hour before the service at the church.
