About Dawn Russell
Dawn Daleene Russell, 65, of Springville, Utah passed away on July 14, 2023. She was born on November 11, 1957 in Flagstaff, Arizona to her parents Donald James Russell Sr. and Beulah LoRey Cox Andrews. Dawn attended and graduated from high school in Flagstaff, Arizona. She continued her education at BYU Hawaii as well as BYU Provo and later she received a masters degree in deaf education. She used her degree to serve, teach and interpret for the hearing-impaired community. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was honored to have served a mission in the Wellington, New Zealand mission. She enjoyed doing family history and temple work. Dawn is survived by her mother, Beulah LoRey Cox Andrews and siblings, Kathie Mower (Tom), Susan Russell, Rusty Russell (Kathy), Steven Russell (Celeste), and Beth Thompson Avila. She is preceded in death by her father Donald James Russell.
