About Corine Gurulé
Corine “Nina” Gurulé, age 90, a lifelong resident of Cuba, NM, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2016. Corine was a faithful member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cuba, NM. Corine was preceded in death by her parents, Federico and Sophie Chávez, her loving husband of 49 years, Mere Gurulé and sister, Lourdes Vigil. Corine is survived by her nieces, Hazel Herrera and her husband, Bruno and Marcella López and her husband, Bob, great-nieces and great-nephews, Denny and Isabel Herrera, Wendel and Jarold Cebada, Melanie Dunn, Shelley and Charlie Muller and Daniel Salazar. Corine is also survived by 12 great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews and 12 great-great-great-nieces and great-great-great-nephews. All services will be at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cuba, NM. A Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 6:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Final viewing will be held on Friday, June 3, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery. Pallbearers are Bruno Rey Herrera, Jahsiah Dunn, Enrico Trujillo, Daniel Salazar, Alex Aragón and Jeffrey Gurulé. Honorary Pallbearers will be Denny Rey Herrera, Akeem Mitchell, Bobby Gurulé, Malikai García, Abel Aragón, Pete Aragón and Frankie Aragón. The family would like to thank the Heart Hospital for taking care of her last moments.
