About Conrad Möller
C. Gerhard Moller MENDON - Funeral services for C. Gerhard "Gerry" Moller, 80, who died Tuesday evening at the Rutland Regional Medical Center following a brief illness, will be held Friday at 4 p.m. at the Aldous Funeral Home by the Rev. Irving French of Grace Congregational United Church of Christ. Cremation will follow in Bennington at the Vermont Cremation Service. Mr. Moller was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., March 24, 1903, son of Conrad Gerhard and Lydie (DeLong) Moller. A former resident of the New Canaan, Conn., area where he was employed as an industrial engineer for several companies, producing and researching products for the aerospace programs, he retired in 1961 and moved to the Mendon area. He was interested in hunting and fishing and belonged to the Mendon Fish and Game Club, Wantastiquet Trout Club of Weston and the National Rifle Association. Survivors include his wife, the former Hilda Fowler whom he married on Oct. 26, 1931; a sister, Mrs. Carl (Adele) Diehl; a brother, Fred Moller of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; several nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers can be made to the Regional Ambulance Service, P.O. Box 1637, Rutland 05701.
