Obituary (All Souls Mortuary): Catherine "Katie" Cabrera was born on September 8, 1926, in Wilmington, CA. with her family by her side, she peacefully went to the Lord on December 19, 2015 in San Pedro, CA. Predeceased by her husband Bill Cabrera & daughter: Theresa Gonzalez, she is survived by her children: Basilio "Bill" (Lillian) Cabrera & Brigitte "Birdie" (George) Chavez. She leaves her legacy on this earth through her 12 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren & 26 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a Funeral Service at 1 p.m. at All Souls Mortuary Chapel, 4400 Cherry Ave., Long Beach, CA 90807. Inurnment will be private.
