About Betty Echols
Betty Jo Law Echols, 79, of Danville, passed away, May 5, 2023 at her residence. Born January 22,1944 in Pittsylvania County, she was the daughter of Frank Matthew Law and Sally Lipford Law. Survivors include two daughters, Izeda Law and Lillie Newby Perry; three sons, Roy Newby, Charles Glass and James Newby (Paulette); two sisters, Aaster Mae Law and Diane Harris; a host of other relatives. She was also predeceased by a sister, Ruth Thompson; two brothers, Frankie Law and Jonnie Law. Interment will be in Hopel Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
