About Bessie Raburn
Bessie Mildred Robinson Raburn of Bremen, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2013 in a Dallas hospital. She was born in Haralson County, March 24, 1930, daughter of the late Claude Robinson and Ethel Parrish Robinson. Mrs. Raburn was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Raburn; a brother, Buddy Robinson; and a son-in-law, Tim Morrison. Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law; a son; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and a brother and his wife. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Services will be Monday, December 16 at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Reverend Grover Robinson and Reverend Sam Braswell officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. This obituary has been edited for privacy.
