About Beatrice Doud
Daughter of Jan Krol BAKKER (1860-1928) and Trijntje Katherine Oosterbroek BAKKER (1864-1917). 1st married Walfred Steven WERNSTROM on 19 Sep 1928 in Muskegon, Muskegon County, MI. They had the following children: Eugene WERNSTROM Marilyn Joyce WERNSTROM (1937-2016) Donald WERNSTROM 2nd married Wyman Gordon DOUD on 14 Aug 1953 in Muskegon, Muskegon County, MI. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Obituary Doud (Wernstrom) Mrs. Beatrice A. Muskegon Mrs. Beatrice A. (Wernstrom) Doud, age 90, went to be with her Lord Sunday evening, August 23, 1998. She was born to John and Katherine (Osterbrook) Baker on August 16, 1908 in Muskegon, and was a life resident. She was a member of First Reformed Church, and the Ladies Guild of the church. She married Walfred S. Wernstrom on November 19, 1928, and he passed away on May 23, 1948. She later married W. Gordon Doud on Agusut 14, 1953, and he passed away on November 26, 1984. Survivors include 3 children, Eugene (& Ruth) Wernstrom of Muskegon, Marilyn Joyce Wernstrom of Muskegon, Donald (& Pamela) Wernstrom of Montague, 5 grandsons, 3 great grandsons. She was also preceded in death by 3 sister, Genevieve Hoffer, Nellie Baker, Nell Mae Oswald, and 1 brother, Henry Baker. Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday at Sytsema Funeral Home, 737 Apple Avenue with Rev. James Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation: 2-4 & 6-8 PM Wednesday. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
