About August C. Lemke
Reinhard Lemke, 62, Town of Wrlghtstown, died Saturday evening in a Green Bay hospital, where he was taken Saturday afternoon following a fall in the silo on his farm. Born Sept 13, 1880 in the Town of Morrison to the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Lemke. he married the former Martha Brandenburg on June 13, 1907 in Zion Lutheran Church at Wayside. The couple farmed in the Town of Morrison until moving to their present home several years ago. Mr. Lemke had been an elder of Zion Lutheran Church, Morrison. for nine years. Survivors are his wife: a son. Elroy, Town of Morrison; three daughters, Mrs. Irmgard Krueger, De Pere; Mrs. Herbert Siebert, Manitowoc, and Mrs. Walter Kempfert, Maribel; 16 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Bernard Lemke and Mrs. Elmer Lemke. Town of Morrison, and Mrs. Ernest Bornemann, De Pere. His parents. one son, two brothers and one sister preceded him in death. Friends may call at Schwartz Funeral Home, Morrison, after 3 p.m. Tuesday until 10:30 a.m. Wednesday and then at Zion Lutheran Church. Morrison. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church, with the Rev. Walter Geiger of Shirley in charge. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
