About Amanda Oakes
AMANDA BONUCCHI OAKES, beloved mother and wife, age 29, passed from this life on June 24, 2008 at her home. She leaves behind to grieve her passage her husband, John Oakes; two children, Hannah-Marie and Jackson Oakes; a special nephew, Joey Bonucchi; her mother, Theresa Rayl; grandparents, Ron and Beni Bonucchi and father and mother-in-law, Charles and Billie Oakes of Clarksdale, MS. She was preceded in death by her father, Phillip Bonucchi. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Forestview Church of Christ, Ijams Scholarship Fund in care of Forestview Church of Christ or to West Memphis Christian School. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 26 from 6-8 p.m. at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home. Services will be Friday, June 27 at 2 p.m., with burial to immediately follow in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
