About Aldyth Dage

KEIZER — Aldyth Pinkham Dage, 89, died Friday. Born in Fargo, N.D., she graduated from North Dakota State University with a teaching degree and taught for 18 years as a special education teacher and five years as an elementary teacher in Riverside, Calif. She moved to Grants Pass in 1974 and to Salem in 1977. She was a member of the Knight Memorial Congregational Church, Phi Mu Sorority and enjoyed sewing, reading and working at her church. She married Ralph Dage in 1970; he is deceased. Survivors include her daughters, Loy McGaulty of Reston, Va., and Beverly Zwemke of Keizer; sister, Estelle Carey of San Diego; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services are 1:30 p.m. Monday at Knight Memorial Congregational Church, Salem. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Fargo. Arrangements are by Howell-Edwards-Doerksen at Rigdon-Ransom Funeral Directors. Contributions: Knight Memorial Church of Alzheimer’s Association.
