About Adella Osborn
Adella J. Neiser Osborn, 98 PHOENIX, AZ - Adella J. Neiser Osborn, of Phoenix, formerly of East Liverpool, passed away Monday, September 26, 2023, at her home. She was 98. Born in Butler, Pennsylvania, March 7, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Valentine P. and Amelia Fry Neiser. She moved to East Liverpool at an early age and graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1943. She worked as an accountant at the former Armor Meat Company and moved to Arizona in 1946. She attended the Creighton United Methodist Church. Proceeding her in death was son Philip Osborn and his surviving wife, Linda, of Portland, Oregon , and One son surviving, Mark R. Osborn and his wife, Martha, of Bainbridge Island, Washington, as well as three grandchildren, Brett, Jennifer and Cameron, and 3 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Earl, Fred, Allen, Elmer and Rev. Ray Neiser and three sisters, Beulah Jellyman, Sara Daily and Betty Burchett. A gathering to celebrate Adella's life will be held at the Riverview Cemetery Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2023. Following the service, family and friends will gather at the Dawson Family Center for fellowship.
