About Adam Saar
Mr. Adam Saar, 68, of Weston St., passed away Wednesday at St. Luke's Hospital. Adam was a boilermaker working out of the union hall. At one time he also worked for the City of Toledo Forestry Division and owned his own business called Toledo Tree Service. He retired in 1991. Adam served in the Marine Corps. and was a member of Valley of Toledo Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Pyramid Lodge F&AM as well as the Boilermakers' Union. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel. He is survived by his sisters, Mrs. Mary Jane Wilson and Mrs. Henrietta Mercer and brother, Charles Saar Jr. Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in the H.H.Burkenkamp Mortuary, Broadway where the body will be after 1 p.m. Friday with Masonic Services to follow at 7:30 p.m. Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Park.
