Rachel Hinton age 82, of Russellville, KY passed away June 12, 2014 at her residence. Rachel was born in Logan Co. KY, November 22, 1931 to the late Harlie and Kittie McIntosh. She was a member of the Russellville United Methodist Temple and worked in the nursery for a number of years. Rachel was a Kentucky Colonel and member of the Eastern Star #530 where she served as Treasure. She is preceded in death by two brothers John Rhea McIntosh and Knox McIntosh. Survived by: Husband: Harold Thomas "Tub" Hinton of Russellville, KY Daughter: Sherry Violette of Russellville, KY Brothers (5): Russell McIntosh of Evansville, IN Frank McIntosh of Russellville, KY Edward McIntosh (Marsha) of Adairville, KY Kent McIntosh (Anne) of Las Cruces, NM Joe McIntosh (Loraine) of Texas Sisters (2): Laurine Mantlo (Johnnie) of Russellville, KY Dorothy Sawyer of Russellville, KY Grandchildren: Kelley Paul (Russell) Kerri Violette Great Grandchildren: Katie Paul Ethan Paul Christian Hinton Funeral Services for Rachel Hinton will be conducted 11 AM Saturday June 14, 2014 in the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel with Bro. John Weber and Bro. Wayne Sayer officiating. Burial will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday June 13, 2014 in the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel from 5-8 PM and Saturday from 8 AM until the funeral hour at 11AM.
